The latest development in Clyde offers a world of potential for families moving into the area.

Ground was officially broken on One Bells Estate on Monday 3 May, with guests attending from developer L and L Group, the sales team Harvest Realty, civil work contractor Streetworks and consultant Taylors.

One Bells Estate will provide homes for 580 families, worth $160 million.

Once complete, the community of One Bells will feature local parks, a water reserve, streetscaping and playgrounds for active families to enjoy.

The estate is close to established schools, shopping centres, sporting and recreation facilities and medical centres.

The future Clyde town centre and train station will be within a five-minute drive for One Bells families.

Max Kiu of L and L Group said the groundbreaking was a “happy occasion” and “important milestone” for the area.

“One Bells, is a world of potential because you can build your dream home, build up your family life, build up your relationship within the community and build up a true sense of belonging in this neighbourhood,” he said.

“In One Bells, you are surrounded by all the amenities so you will not want to leave this neighbourhood.”

One Bells is already selling fast with many lots snapped up by buyers keen to make this neighbourhood their home.
