The latest development in Clyde offers a world of potential for families moving into the area.
Ground was officially broken on One Bells Estate on Monday 3 May, with guests attending from developer L and L Group, the sales team Harvest Realty, civil work contractor Streetworks and consultant Taylors.
One Bells Estate will provide homes for 580 families, worth $160 million.
Once complete, the community of One Bells will feature local parks, a water reserve, streetscaping and playgrounds for active families to enjoy.
The estate is close to established schools, shopping centres, sporting and recreation facilities and medical centres.
The future Clyde town centre and train station will be within a five-minute drive for One Bells families.
Max Kiu of L and L Group said the groundbreaking was a “happy occasion” and “important milestone” for the area.
