Kaduna Park is set to officially open its new community park, situated opposite the recently built display village, on Saturday 23 November.

The opening will provide an opportunity for developer Parklea to once again showcase its commitment to shaping and strengthening communities through resident activities. The park will provide residents with the perfect location to relax and enjoy its 1-hectare of open space, while providing a space for socialisation and outings with barbecue facilities on site.

The event will feature a variety of attractions and entertainment for all residents including, a reptile encounter demonstration from Wildlife Warriors, a jumping castle, face painting, a chair-o-plane ride, and special guests Marshall, Rubble and Chase from Nickelodeon’s PAW Patrol at 2 Mortlake Drive, Officer South, from 11am – 2pm.

The event will also give visitors the chance to stroll through the new display village featuring over 34 homes by 19 of Melbourne’s biggest and best builders, including Metricon, Carlisle Homes, Beachwood Homes and Porter Davis. With plenty of food and drinks available courtesy of the display home builders, as well as jam donuts, a barbecue, gelato, coffee cart, and much more for residents and visitors to enjoy

Parklea Sales and Marketing Manager Jarod Mills said Parklea was thrilled to see the new park opening and celebrate the landmark event with Kaduna Park residents.

“Parklea has always been committed to developing and fostering safe, welcoming and engaged communities,” Mr Mills said.

“The official opening of the new community park enables residents to take advantage all that Kaduna Park has to offer, as well as allowing the residents to mix and mingle with their fellow neighbours at the community event”.
